Embodiment

In this week 1 using EAH tools we're clearing allergies to over 800 different foods.

We’re clearing allergies to things like: Grains, Dairy, Nuts and Seeds, Fats and Oils, Sugar, Proteins, Meats, Fish and Shellfish, Alcohol, Coffee, Chocolate, Tea, Beans, Legumes, Fruits, Vegetables, Nightshades, Salt, Water, Food and Water Chemical Additives.

We’re also including some fundamental nutrients that are crucial for most people to fully heal their food allergies.

We’re also clearing allergies to address pathogens that are part of our food allergies and digestive health issues to assist us in releasing them from the body and calming down the inflammation they’ve been causing.

If you have a dangerous or life-threatening allergy to any of these foods, please contact your physician for allergy testing before you decide to integrate any of these back in your diet.

The Defrag: Clear out mental clutter and confusion energies. This helps us get out of our head and release other people’s thoughtforms so we can realign and focus. It helps reduce brain fog, calm out of control thoughts and to help us drop more deeply into our bodies. It clears up unnecessary thoughts and energies that are taking up energy and time and causing stress.

The Flush: Quickly clear, dissolve and transmute disharmonious and discordant energies causing physical, mental, and emotional disturbances. This is great to run after a lot of healing work. Helps detox emotions and other limiting energies and well as energetically open up your detox pathways in your body.

This week we begin the process of reclamation of our body, parts and chakras. We’ll be focusing on the main categories where we give ourselves away to others or fragment off from the Self. These activations bring these parts and aspects back to you. They set you up to heal on the deepest levels, bring you back into wholeness and to anchor you in your deepest power.

Unifying and strengthening the body into a single column of light and activating your Divine potential for this life. It’s really grounding and anchoring you into Gaia in a powerful way so that you can hold those higher energies and continue to step into and hold the light of dimensions beyond the 5th as well.

This healing also activates/brings in the achievements of mastery for each individual, filling the Root Chakra and the entire body.
